To provide on-ground assistance for all ground events organized by the company
To conduct operation job, planning, executing and on-ground promotion
To act as Special Projects Coordinator: selling booth / set-up booth / securing payment for booth
Coordinator for Shout! Awards 2013
Duties and responsibilities include Shout! Awards set up before event day
Involved in on-ground set-ups and event coordination (venue set-ups, security issues, public safety, F&B, working crew’s welfare, crew access, etc)
Ensuring everything is planned accordingly and runs smoothly for a successful show (event)
Recruiting part-timers for assistance to work on event day and managing them

Duties and responsibilities include planning Shout! Awards live show before event day
Planning pre-Shout! road shows & recruitment drive for event hype towards event day
Involved in on-ground set-ups and event coordination (securing venue, venue set-ups, security issues, public safety, F&B, working crew’s welfare, crew access, etc)
Ensuring everything is planned accordingly and runs smoothly for a successful show (event)
Recruiting more than 1000 volunteers and screamers during recruitment drive for event day
Talent Coordinator for Showdown 2012 StreetFest
Duties and responsibilities include managing all talents (dancers/performers/Showdown crews) on event day (15 September 2012)
To ensure all talents are on standby for their performance on stage
To provide transportation, accommodation and F&B for all talents
