• Regional responsibility for the implementation of technical solutions for digital communications, which include corporate websites, the company intranet, the central product information management system, social media sites and the media asset database.

• Close coordination with respective global process owners to constructively link global, regional and local concepts, processes and perspectives.

• Regular monitoring of all digital communications platforms in the region to ensure their compliance to Group guidelines, as well as social media channels for news and information related to the Company; initiating corrective action, as required.

• Consult, design concepts, coordinate and train in-market colleagues for the implementation of the digital platforms, where necessary.

• Write, edit and produce communications content (digital) for internal and external audiences.

• Assist the Head of Department on communications topics for the Asia Pacific region and maintain the network of electronic communications channel example BKC, with the support of the IT Department.

• Organize projects or support corporate events and activities related to the execution of internal and external communications strategies.
